By creating an account or applying to the Be Well AI Venture Fellowship, you agree to use the site and app for lawful program purposes and to provide accurate information.

Fellowship admission, mentoring, and project placement are at Be Well Incubator's discretion. Program details on this site may change as cohorts evolve.

Text messaging

Be Well Fellowship may send automated texts to a mobile number you provide: authentication codes (OTP); — only if you opt in — transactional fellowship program messages; and — for staff who enable SMS — operational pipeline alerts. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For assistance, reply HELP to the number that texted you, or contact fellowship@bewellincubator.com. To stop fellowship program or staff operational texts, reply STOP at any time. Stopping program or staff texts does not automatically disable Phone OTP if you continue to use phone sign-in.

Message frequency. OTP message frequency varies (typically one code per sign-in request). If you opt in to fellowship program texts, you may receive up to about eight messages per month depending on your application and program activity. Staff operational SMS frequency varies with candidate pipeline activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Authentication (OTP). By providing your phone number, checking the OTP consent checkbox, and requesting a sign-in code, you consent to receive a one-time transactional security code from Be Well Fellowship for account authentication. Message and data rates may apply.

Fellowship program texts. By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox (never pre-selected) on signup or in account settings, you consent to receive automated transactional text messages from Be Well Fellowship about application status, requests to submit required information, scheduling, program milestones, and related reminders, including links to take action at https://fellowship.bewellincubator.com. These messages are not marketing or promotional advertising. Consent is not required to create an account, apply to the fellowship, or use email-based sign-in. Message and data rates may apply.

Staff operational texts. Staff who enable the SMS notification toggle consent to receive automated transactional alerts about candidate pipeline activity. Consent is optional and separate from staff portal access. Message and data rates may apply.

Non-sharing. We do not sell or share mobile numbers, opt-in records, or phone consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Privacy details are on our Privacy page.
